Charleston’s favorite holiday tradition and the Towne Centre’s biggest event of the year, Lights Up, is back for another season. On Saturday, Nov. 19 beginning at 6 p.m., Belk Drive will “light up” with a stunning laser light show and the official lighting of the Towne Centre’s 40-foot Christmas Tree. To help ring in the joyous season and accompany the laser light show, East Cooper Baptist Church Choir & Orchestra and Jared Petteys and the Headliners will perform a mix of popular songs and beloved holiday tunes. Treats and drinks will be available from Burtons Grill & Bar, SAVI Cucina & Wine Bar, Wine Cellar Wine & Gifts, Zimo's Gyros, Madrigals Tacos, & Lobster, The Ice Cream Team, Holy City Popcorn and Holy City Homemade Italian Ice, as well as face painting by Faith and balloon animals by Carol's Balloon Art.
