MPCC YPG is a program for employees aged 21-40 of organizations belonging to the Chamber who need community, mentoring, leadership, and communication skills. YPG offers a blend of bonding with others, building leadership skills, and fun-infused gatherings beyond awkward happy hours and networking-only focused events.
