Presenters:
Alexandru (Alex) Juncu is a private-practice attorney in Charleston with a focus on business,
contracts, & compliance. He combines business strategies with legal principles to address daily
operations problems of corporate clients.
Nicole Paluzzi joined Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services in 2017 after five years of practicing law in
the Upstate of South Carolina. She provides direct representation legal services in all housing-related
issues within Charleston County.
