Synchronicity, a local well-being oasis where busy people go to reset their minds, recharge their bodies, and renew their spirits, will have a fun and challenging workout at Volvo Car Stadium in partnership with MUSC Health.
Join 200 people for:
200 bodyweight exercise reps
1200 stadium stairs
Half mile run/walk
250 yard victory lap
