Depression and anxiety have impacted people in different ways during COVID 19. In a unique partnership with MUSC, the BEEMOK Family Foundation has launched a new Charleston practice called Modern Minds. During this week’s The Pivot, moderated by John Carroll, we'll talk with two Modern Minds wellness mentors, Dr. Anne Marie Albano and Dr. Kevin Gray about how Modern Minds offers traditional mental wellness therapies along with other treatments, such as socialization, diet, movement and mindfulness.
