With an MBA from the Citadel and a Bachelor's degree in accounting, I decided to leave my career with the federal government in 2025, and opened PMI Rainbow Row. I had bought and managed my own short term rental during Covid and after listening to the complaints of other owners, I thought, maybe I can do this better. I saw that most owners of luxury properties were seen as revenue and not relationships. I wanted to change that.
