South Carolina Proclaims October 15th as Cohesion Culture Day

CHARLESTON, S.C. – South Carolina House Representative Mark Smith has officially recognized October 15, 2025, as Cohesion Culture Day, a proclamation honoring the founders of Cohesion Culture, Dr. Troy Hall and Ben-Jamin Toy. A proclamation, signed by Representative Smith, celebrates their significant contributions to improving workplace environments across the state.
The legislative body's commendation highlights Cohesion Culture as a transformative workplace movement that is "transforming how South Carolina businesses attract, retain, and engage top talent." Cohesion Culture is defined by its core principles: Belonging, Value and Shared Mutual Commitment.
