Moultrie News April 23, 2025 The second iteration of BloomTown Flower Market at 966 Houston Northcutt Boulevard was the scene for an April 22 ribbon-cutting, celebrating the shop's recent relocation from its Coleman Boulevard location. Originally opened in May of 2022 by co-owners Christy "CC" Collins and Liz Ewald, BloomTown is a traditional floral retailer with a twist.
